Frequent Flyer programme:

For all the frequent flyers, there’s a programme called CAPRICORNE where members can earn points as they fly on Air Austral. Once sufficient miles are accumulated, one can then redeem the miles by purchasing a ticket or by doing an upgrade from economy to business class or by paying for excess baggage. The member can earn enough miles to become a Premium card holder. With this comes the benefit of checking in at the business class counters and entry into business class lounge or priority preference when confirming a waitlist. Air Austral currently makes use of the Air France Business class lounge.

At your arrival aboard the aircraft, a personal cloackroom service will be proposed.

For your comfort, our crew will offer you an amenity kit with :

a complete travel kit : cosmetics, toothbrush, socks, mask,...

         shoes bags,

        blanket and pillows.

Keep in touch with the office, your friends and family whilst travelling :a phone remains at your disposal in your seat.

Our cabin : space and comfort

Enjoy the intimacy of our cabin : beige leather seats with navy tones. Space between rows enables you to benefit from a personal space for relaxation.

      to 180° aboard Boeing 777-300 ER - your seat can convert into a bed of 186 cm.

Our Boeing 777-300 ER are fitted with "mood lighting" system. Lighting changes in color, or brightness, depending phases of your flight : boarding, meal service, arrival.
